The True-Trak20/20 Data Acquisition system is engineered for gathering high speed process data from the shotend of a die casting machine. The shotend of the machine must be fitted with appropriate sensors for measuring position/velocity of the shot cylinder and pressures in the hydraulic system.
The True-Trak20/20 Portable utilizes Visi-Trak® position based data collection technique and acquires data from a Visi-Trak® Sensor (or other suitable encoder) and is pre-wired to accept four analog sensor inputs from pressure transducers, vacuum, temperature, or others. Includes a cycle start signal to place the system into the data collection mode.
