- 1972- The Visi-Trak® Sensor is developed for feedback on the first successful closed loop shot control
- 1976- First Commercial Application for Sensor... Gun barrel recoil on military tank
- 1976- First Visi-Trak® Sensor Patent issued- #3,956,973 and Visi-Trak® Trade mark issued.
- 1977- First Visi-Trak® Shot Monitoring & Control System introduced to the die casting industry
- 1979- First Visi-Trak® Micro Computer Based Monitor/Comparator at Inter-Tek Industries

The Eighties and Nineties
- 1981- Vitec purchases rights to Visi-Trak technology and forms subsidiary- Visi-Trak, Inc
- 1983- CMS/770 DEC Based Computer Monitors introduced
- 1984- First DEC Based Plant-wide Network installed at ITT Automotive
- 1984- Cleveland Machine Controls purchases assets of Visi-Trak, Inc and forms Visi-Trak Corporation
- 1985- P-420 and P-100 introduced
- 1988- DEC Based Multiplexor System developed to monitor up to 8 machines with one computer
- 1989- Visi-Trak Corp. purchased from CMC by Visi-Trak Corp. management
- 1990's- FasTrak™ High Speed Data Acquisition Collection Cards developed, as well as the True-Trak 2020™ Family of Computer Monitoring Systems.... As well as the Sure-Trak™ Shot Control System
